With a total just over $3,000 I’ve raised enough money to go to South Africa. It’s been pretty overwelming to see all the support from my friends, family, and co-workers over the past few months. It’s an amazing feeling to know that each of you have seen value in this trip and have offered up financial support.

Since, I had all the return letters going to the church I never really knew who sent me anything until they just recently gave me the inserts.

Prayer Requests. First off, safety. From a safe “18 hour” plane flight to walking the streets of a foreign country. I would ask that you pray for God to watch over us and bring us all back healthy. Pray that I would be bold in my faith as I talk with the local people. We’re actually going to be walking into peoples homes and sharing the Gospel with them one on one. Yes, there will be an interperator, but chanllenging none the less. Also, that I would be ready to do anything. Whether they want me to play with kids or wash dishes I’m their as a servent and need to open to be used how ever benefits thier organization.

I’m very excited about the experience that lies ahead of me and I thank you again for making this possible.

   How exciting! Where in Africa are you going?

   By the way, why have you listed the people supporting you - it might be that some of them want to be anonymous - left hand shouldn’t what the right hand is doing (let alone people in England knowing!)
